Library Websites and Learning Commons

I visited the website for the library learning commons at the University of Northern Iowa. The first thing I noticed is that that site has a very accessible chat feature.

The site has an extensive menu of options such as areas for collaborative workspaces, a digital media hub, a maker space, tutoring, and research help.

A blub from the site:

"The Learning Commons is maintained through a collaborative effort between several offices, departments, and programs on the University of Northern Iowa campus.
The contributions and perspectives from these continue to provide a comprehensive and versatile view of the academic needs of the undergraduate community.
The Learning Commons builds on existing partnerships with individuals, departments, and centers on campus such as the Academic Learning Center, Information Technology Systems, and Interactive Digital Studies." (https://library.uni.edu/services/learning-commons)
